I figured that there weren't that many good bases with males in them...so after coming across this picture I thought should make it into a base!
A side note...
15 looks really well done because he was the first one to get done and I realized if I kept working on the shading and highlighting through out the whole thing it would take me forever. So yea...I also don't know why I started with 15...I guess it just came to me randomly. Maybe I just like 15 better than the rest o no"

Keep in mind that I worked my butt off to make this look pretty, so you should too when finishing the final product.

Credit me if your using my base. Just credit by linking back to my base and put my icon in the description box as well! (I do read descritption boxes by the way. So don't think I won't look~)

Feel free to use my bases anytime just remember credit me! Dont be afraid to use them I just wanna see alot of good attempts. Also, please take your time and make it look pretty, there's already tons of crap out there already, we don't need more. If you're a newbie MS paint user, try learning how to use the curve tool. (It's a very helpful tool in MS Paint)

Dont need to ask me just use it same as orange bullet. Just keep in mind about white bullet~

I want to see art that I will put in my favorites! So don't spend 5-8 minutes doing hair, clothes, etc. Though this is just a reminder from previous bullets. I don't like how people just use straight ugly choppy hair. Also try adding shading. Make me favorite your art, that's what I want to do.

I allow frankendolling, just as long as its okay with the other person. Try to be aware that not everybody allows frankendolling, so ask them before doing so.

Plus I'm working constantly to make good bases. I already have a couple however I'm not posting it until I have LOTS of free time. Ex. Holidays~ Not weekends or weekdays~
